摘要
在参考国内外有关资料的基础上,对能隙基准电压以及温度补偿原理进行了分析,提出了获得双极型集成电路理想基准电源的方法,并以实际应用电路说明了其有效性。
Based upon relevant materials both at home and abroad,the author analyses the hand-gap voltage reference and the basic principle of recouping the temperature,and proposes the method to obtain the bipolar integrated circuit(IC)ideal reference voltage,Its effectiveness is expressed through practical circuits.
