通信与社会经济协调发展的道路选择

The aim and path of coordinate development of communication and social economy

针对通信与社会经济协调发展问题，从按计划、成比例同步发展，靠企业盈利、均衡发展及依靠公共投资、按自适应方式发展等３个方面进行了理论和实证分析。最后从较深层次经济改革中选择出我国通信与社会经济协调发展的道路，并就吉林省电信通信公用性产业发展的有关问题提出了设想。

In three aspeets,synchronous development according to plan and proportion,enterprise profit and balanced development, public investment and adaptive de-velopment,the coordinate development of communication and social economy is analysed theoretically and practically.At last,a path on which communication and social economy develop coordinately is selected in a deep-level,and the de-velopment of telecommunication public industry in Jilin Province is supposed.
