冠心病球结膜小血管改变的动物实验和临床观察

Animal Experiment and Clinical Study of Microcirculation in Bulbar Conjnnctiva in Coronary Heart Disease

球结膜小血管的改变对心血管病的诊断及病情的估计有一定的参考价值,国外已有报导。近年来国内也开始了这方面的研究。我们除了对冠心病患者作了内科及眼科的临床检查之外,同时还进行了动物实验,从实验病理的角度来观察心脏冠状动脉与球结膜小血管病变的关系。

Rabbits fed with high lipid and high cholesterol diet brought about hyperlipoidemia. After 4 Months it showed small blood vessel changes in myocardium, bulbar conjunctiva and retina in pathologic examination. But the changes of small blood vessel in myocardium and bulbar conjunctiva were distinct.Clinically, 54 cases of coronary heart disease are analysed. The microcirculation changes of bulbar conjunctiva were also distinct. According to the data of animal examination and clinical study, the authors suggest that the small vessel changes of bulbar conjunctiva can help to make earlier diagnosis in coronary heart disease.
