摘要 磷甲酸(Phosphonoformic Acid简称PFA)是磷乙酸(Phosphonoacetic Acid简称PAA)的同系化合物。Shipkowitz等1973年首先报导PAA的抗单疱病毒(HSV-1)作用,证明它对单疱角膜炎的疗效相当于碘苷(IDU)。结膜下注射或静脉注射治疗深层单疱角膜炎也有效。 Replication of herpes simplex virus (HSV) in cell culture was inhibited by phosphonoformic acid (PFA). The minimal effect concentration of phosphonoformic acid was 100 ug/ml. Phosphonoformic acid had a significant effect in the treatment of experimental epithelial herpes simplex keratitis in the mice, when applied topically in 0.1-5.0% liquid preparations. It was cons(?)dered that 0.1% phosphonoformic acid was equally as effective as 0.1% idoxuridine (IDU). However 1.0-5.0% phosphonoformic acid appeared to be more effective than 0.1% IDU (P<0.01). No significant local or systemic toxicity was encountred.
