南水北调中线工程与汉江中下游经济发展

南水北调中线工程实施后，从丹江口水库北调１５０亿ｍ￣３水量。从而使汉江中下游洪峰削减，水、沙量减少，且更趋均匀，则河床演变向单一、稳定、微弯型发展，河床下切减缓，对防洪、引水、航运的影响利大于弊。南水北调中线工程的可行性研究中，考虑了对汉江中下游的补偿工程，国家对这些工程的投资对汉江中下游的经济建设是一笔不小的资金，同时调水后环境得到改善，将会促进这一地区的经济更快发展。

After the diversion project from south to north in central line scheme being completed,15billion m￣3 water may be diverted to North of China。As flood peak will lower,runoff and sedimentrunoff will reduce and become more even,then the Hanjiang River in middle and lower reaches willbecome a unitary,more steady and slightly bending channel.Erosion process of river bed will slowdown。 Therefore,the advantages will be more than disadvantages for flood control,navigation and di-version。In feasibility study of this works,the compensating projects in the middle and lower reacheshave been considered.The huge investments in these projects is a great fund for economic construc-tion。 Besides,after diversion the environment will be improved,that will also advance economie devel-opment in this erea。
