眼睫状体结核瘤的治疗及病理

眼睫状体结核瘤罕见,本文报告一例左眼经病理证实的睫状体结核瘤病例。在治疗左眼时,因皮内结核菌素试验阴性未按照结核治疗,三度复发住院。其后一年,右眼发病,结核菌素皮内试验转为阳性,病情迅速恶化,患眼失明萎缩,乃摘除左眼。

This paper reports on one case of bilateral tuberculous uveitis in a patient of 25 year-old female worker followed up for 26 years. Her left eye has had repeated attacks of uveitis, resulting in atrophy of the eyeball within one year after the onset of the disease despite intensive treatment at the hospital. The atrophic eye-ball was enucleated and was found to contain a hyalinized ciliary tubercdloma on pathologic examination. One year later, symptoms of uveitis appeared over her right eye with typical mutton-fat keratic precipitates. Intensive antituberculous therapy was instituted and the right eye remained free of symptoms with normal vision during the subsequent 26-year-follow-up period. The diagnosis of the disease, both clinically and pathologically, is listed and the modality of treatment discussed.
