由于眼组织结构上的特殊性,长期以来准确地测量其局部血流量的问题一直没有真正得到解决。随着临床实践的不断深入,发现许多疾患的病理损害都涉及到血流动力学改变。详尽了解眼局部尤其前节(Anterior EyeSegment:AES)的血流情况的要求日益迫切。
The blood flow of the iris, ciliary body-processes (ICBCP) was measured in anaesthetized dogs by reference sample method. We took the radioactive nuclide ^(51)cr labeled RBC of the frog (Rana nigromaculate) as biological microspheres. The normal blood flow in 30 experimented eyes averaged 0.7234±0.131 ml/gm tissue per minute (X±SD). There is no significant statistical difference between left eyes (n = 16) and right eyes (n = 14), 0.6913± 0.108ml/gm tissue and 0.7600±0.149ml/gm tissue per minute, respectively (P>0.05). The precision may go up 4.47% at 99% confidence level. The result suggests that the method is close to physiological condition, simple, highly accurate and reproducable.
