摘要 通过在低水灰比普通水泥浆中掺入外加剂的方法,减小浆体的流动阻抗,可获得一种稳定的、具有高流动度的浆体,并能提高其结石强度和抗渗性。这种浆液适用于大面积普通岩体裂隙固结和防渗帷幕灌浆,对提高灌浆质量和耐久性十分有利。本文里所试验的两种外加剂,用量仅为水泥重量的0.7%,即可使W/C<1∶1的浆体粘度降低70%以上,使水泥结石抗压强度提高2倍多。 By using additives in the common cement paste with low water cement ratio to reduce theresistance of paste, a stable grout with high flow ability can be obtained, possessing improvedcement setting strength and impermeability. The paste is suitable for consolidation grouting of commonrock fissures in large area and impervious curtain grouting, and it can also improve the quality ofgrouting and its durability. In the test, the doses of two additives are only 0. 7% of the cementweight, but it can reduce the stickiness of the grout (even when W/C<1∶1 ) by 70%, and increasethe compressive strength of hardened cement by over two times and impermeability strength aboutthree times.
