摘要
从长江水系渔业资源的特点出发，对长江流域渔业资源动态监测的目标、内容和方法，以及动态监测体系的系统构成、职责分工、经费来源和管理原则等进行了探讨。
Proceeding from the characteristics of fish resources in the Yangtze River System,this paper deals with the aim,content and method of the dynamic monitoring of fish resotirces,as well as the system constitution,duty division,fund sources and management principle of the dynamic monitoring complex of fish resources in the Yangtze Rivcr Valley.
