Thygeson's Superficial Punctate Keratitis (Report of 4 Cases)

Thygeson表层点状角膜炎于1950年首先由Thygeson提出,是一种原因不明,双侧性粗糙的表层点状角膜混浊。病程反复加重及减轻,缠绵数月至数年。发作时皮质类固醇滴眼明显缓解症状和体征,恢复后不遗留任何痕迹。国外文献已有较多报告,国内仅报告二例。现将我所遇到的四例报告如下并作初步讨论。

This Paper reports 4 cases of Thygeson's superficial punctate keratitis. The clinical characteristiscs, the cause of the disease, clinicopathologic differential diagnosis and treatment are briefly discussed.The etiology, name terminology and effective treatment of Thygesons superficial punctate keratitis remain to be studied.
