摘要
从“条件”水分平衡角度和农业生产实际情况出发，提出了一个综合考虑水分盈亏和同期作物需水量的干旱指标，并用此指标分析了湖北省１９６１～１９９１年３０年来的主要干旱类型的时空分布规律及时农业生产的影响。
In this paper,an arodrought index taking water budget and crop water requirement intoconsideration at the same time is put forawrd from the angle of“conditional”water balance and thereality of agricrltural production. In terms of this index, the characteristics of the temporal andspatial distribution of agrodrought and its impacts on agriculture of Hubei Province in the recent30 years are discussed. The results of analysis are found to be confomable to the actual condition.
