石煤发热量的快速直接测定

THE RAPID AND DIRECT DETERMINATION OF CALORIFIC POWER OF STONE COAL

快速直接测定法是通过调整内外筒温差，使Δｔ近似等于零，将非绝热式热量计当成绝热式热量计应用；不锈钢坩埚底部打孔，使氧气上下对流，煤层供氧充分而能完全燃烧。此法实现了低热值石煤也能直接点火燃烧测定，同时取消了本特法测定过程中的初期和末期，免去了Δｔ的计算，简化了分析手续，大大缩短了分析时间。

The rapid and direct determination is a method in which the calorimeter of non adiabatic form is used as calorimeter of adiabatic form by adjusting temperature differential between the inside tube and outside tube so as to approximate Δt to zero and holes (1.5mm) are made at the bottom of stainless steel crucible,which makes the up-and-down convection of oxygen available and the coal layer can be combusted completely because of the sufficient oxygen supply.As a result,the determination of low calorific value stone coal by means of ignition is realized while the initial and last stages in Bent determi nation process are eliminated. The calculation of Δt is omitted. The analytic procedure is simplified and the analytic time is shortened to a considerable degree.
