摘要
在分析３组生产数据的基础上，探讨了厚壁球铁中理想的Ｍｇ、Ｒｅ、Ｙ—Ｒｅ残留量以及它们与Ｓ残留量的关系，在此基础上，对所用３种大型厚大断面球铁件专用球化剂的成分提出了改进意见。
By analysing three kinds of data obtained from production,the optimal residual amount of magnesium(Mg),rare earth elements(Re) and yttrium rare earth elements(Y-Re),and their relationship with the residual amount of sulphur(S) in heavy section ductile iron are discussed.Based on the discussion,some change suggestions have been made on chemical compositions of the three kinds of nodurizing agent for heavy section ductile iron.
