摘要
润滑油光谱分析是机械摩擦副磨损状态监测的重要手段之一,然而,由于同一机械中不同摩擦副含有相同的金属元素,磨损后同时进入润滑油中;油样光谱分析结果受到补换油的干扰;以及污染和人为差错等因素,造成不少情况下精确的润滑油光谱数据得不到准确的结论.本文在分析润滑油光谱数据特点及现有处理方法的基础上,提出一种用可能性理论处理光谱数据从而模糊识别摩擦副状态的新方法.
Tile Lubrication oil spectrum analysis is one of the important methods for tile wear - station supervision of mechanical friction pairs. But, since there are many different friction pairs in one machine, which contain the same metal elements that go into the lubrication oil through wearing, the result of lubrication oil spectrum analysis is disturbed by adding and changing of tile oil, and sometime the oil is polluted and the tests have artificial mistake, so that We can't get the accurate conclusion according to the accurate lubrication oil spectrum data in many situations. On the basis of analysising the feature. of lubrication oil specturm data and the existing processing methods, the paper puts for forword a new method which fuzzily identifies the wear-station of mechanical friction pairs on the basis of processing the lubrication oil spectrum data with possibility theory.
