摘要
本文讨论了3MK8316磨床控制系统的组成原理,并给出了用于控制系统的软件模块特征要点.本控制系统以一台386DX工控机为核心,包括对X轴、Z轴丝杆进行控制的两个数字伺眼控制系统,并处理12路开关量输入信号、15路开关量输出信号与一路用手摇脉冲发生器产生的机床调整信号.虽然本控制系统仅控制两个伺服装置,但其设计组成原理可以很方便地应用于3轴或多轴数控的研制.
This paper gives a configuration of a control system used for a NC grinder 3MK8316. It also introduces the features of the software models used for the control system, which is based on an industrial Computer with a 386DX CPU. The computer controls two alternating servo drives by the controllers of a servo motor,and it also deals with 15 outputs and 12 inputs. Although this control system only controls two axes,the method can be conveniently used for a NC device with 3 axes or more.
