Abstract: Intcrnal faixation of thoracic and Lumbar fracture Complicating Paraplegia withposterior decompression pedicle screw Plating were performed on thirty patients in our hospital,twenty cases with same injuries were treated with anterior decompression spinal re formation,Therapeutic effect of two groups were analysed and compared. Average follow-up wasone year. The effects were almost equal. But the latter had more traumas, more bleeding andmore complications. So we collsider that the posterior pedicle screw plating should be choosedfirst in treating this kind of patient. when the patient complicating the sevre narrow spinal tubeand less neural functional recovery,we can choose late anterior decompression.
