Analysis of the Content of Cu and Zn in Serum in Patients with Retinal Detachment

视网膜脱离是较常见的致盲眼病之一,其确切病因目前仍不完全清楚。已知微量元素Cu、Zn与视网膜及脉络膜的代谢有关。为了深入探讨视网膜脱离的病因,我们测定了部分网脱病人血清Cu、Zn含量,现报告如下。

We measure the content of Cu and Zn in serum in patients with retinal detachment and find the content of Cu and Zn is lower than that of normal. The content of Cu and Zn in patients over-60 is decreased obviously. The content of Cu and Zn in patients without refractive error is also lower than that of normal. The content of them between famale and male is not different.
