随着化学疗法的普及和发展,皮质类固醇及免疫抑制剂的临床应用,眼部感染症的致病细菌亦随之发生了变化。以往常见的致病细菌逐渐减少,而平素不致病或致病性很低的细菌却明显增多,同时耐药菌株大量出现,混合感染不断涌现。为此。
Bacteriological examination was conducted in 1109 cases of ocular infectious diseases from 1984 to 1987 at Henan Institute of Ophthalmology. (1) 403 organism strains were isolated from the 1109 cases. The organisms comprised gram-positive bacteria (258 strains, 64.01%) and gram-negative bacteria (95 strains, 23.57%). Opportunistic pathogen accounts for 53.3% of the total organism strains. (2) The most common organisms were staphylococcus epidermidis (46.1%) in gram-positive bacteria, pseudomonous (38.9%) in gramnegative bacteria. (3) Bacterial infections were mixed either with another strain of bacteriumor with viruses or fungi. (4) None of staphylococcus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and anaerobes were found to be sensitive to commonly used antibiotics.
