家兔眼前段碱烧伤治疗的实验研究

Experimental Study of Treatment Alkaline Burns of the Anterior Segment in Rabbits Eyes

本文用4％氢氧化钠溶液制成20只家兔(20只眼)眼前段碱烧伤模型,进行临床治疗观察和组织病理学检查。结果表明:在减轻症状、减少角膜新生血管,缩短病程方面,常规治疗加滴新福林组疗效较常规治疗组好。认为这种方法具有临床推广价值。

The anterior segment of 20 rabbitst eyes wih alkaline burns caused by 4% Sodium hydrochlorid was studied. Chinieal observation and pathological examination proved that the group of treatments of routine methods with dropping phenylephrine was effective in relieving eymptoms and decreasing cornea neovascularigation and shortening the duration.
