摘要
本文报告10例11只眼外伤性白内障行晶状体切除术,术中术后无并发症。术后视力矫正0.4～1.0者5只眼,4只眼视力矫正仅0.1,主要由于受伤过久,形成弱视。1例术后查眼底为陈旧性视网膜脱离,1例为玻璃体增殖性改变,视力无法提高。通过本文10例手术,建议外伤性白内障应尽量早期手术,避免弱视的发生。
This paper reported 10 cases of of 11 eyes of traumatic cataract treated with lensectomy. There were no complications during operation and in post-operative period. Afret operation: The visual acuity (corrected) : 5 eyes had 0.4-1.0, 4 eyes had 0.1, which were caused by amblyopia due to long duration after injury. The authors advice the lensectomy should be done as early as nossilhle
