摘要
本文报告59例65眼继发性青光眼,晚期青光眼及原发性青光眼,用间层巩膜嵌顿合并小梁咬切术治疗。近期眼压控制率为90.8％,远期随访眼压控制率为83.3％,效果满意。 作者对手术方法作了介绍,并对手术的优点进行了初步讨论。认为本术式是一种安全有效的抗青光眼手术,尤其对继发性青光眼及晚期青光眼较好。
Ophthaimologic department of the Fifteenth PLA Hospital (abstract) : Sixty-five eyes (59cases) of secondary, late stage and primary glaucoma received lamellar seleral flap incarceration combine with trabeculectomy were reported.
