摘要 本文采用2450MHZ,功率密度30MW/Cm^2的微波辐照大白兔头部,每天4小时,共30天。在裂隙灯显微镜下检查未发现角膜异常。但光镜观察则(?)现病理改变,其特点为角膜上皮细胞广泛空网状变性,部分细胞浆嗜酸性变,细胞固缩钝圆,胞膜增厚伴细胞间隙加宽。表明亚白内障阈值的微波长期辐照,即可引起角膜损伤。该剂量对视网膜尚未见产生明显影响。而采用270mw/cm^2高强度微波辐照2小时一次,即可致明显的角膜混浊甚致穿孔和眼的其它部分(含视网膜)损害。 The heads of experimental rabbits were exposed to continuous microwave radiation at a frequency of 2450 MHZ and power density 30mw/cm^2, 4hours a day for 30 days. No corneal abnomalities were found under the slit-lamp microscope examination. But some histopathological changes were observed on the cornea under light microscope examination. Extensive reticular degeneration of the corneal epithelial cells and some with cytoplasmic eosinophilic change occured. The cell was pyknotic and rounded and the cell membrane was thickened with enlargement of the cell interspace. These indicated that long term sub-cataract threshold microwave irradiation also could produce corneal damage but no retinal changes. At the power density of 270 mw/cm^2, only one irradiation of 2 hrs could produce marhed corneal turbidity even perforation, and other parts of the eye include retina also damaged.
