陈旧性泪小管断裂修复术

The Reconstruction of Old Lacerated Lacrimal Canaliculus

对40例陈旧性泪小管断裂伤施行了修复术。以泪小管阻塞部位不同,采用不同的手术法,阻塞部位距泪点6mm以上者,行泪小管泪囊吻合法;小于6mm者,于探针在下泪小管受阻处,切开眼睑,切除瘢痕组织,而后寻找泪小管鼻侧断端。而泪囊切开法,为陈旧性病例寻找泪小管侧断端的可靠方法。随访结果32例成功(80％)。并对影响手术效果的因素,术后并发症及术后处理进行讨论。

The reconstruction surgery of 4) cases of old lacerated lacrimal canaliculus was performed. According to the blockage position, different operative methods were chosen. when the blockage point was longer than 6mm from punctum, the can(?)ticulodacryocystostomy was performed, If it was less than 6mm, a probe would be inserted into the lower canaliculus to find and remove the scar tissue via the eyelid incision, then the blocked nasal end of canaliculus was carefully found. Dacryocystotomy was an effective method for finding the blocked nansal end in old cases. The fullow-up results showed that the successful surgical reconstruction was achieved in 32 case (80%). The factors of intervening operation, the complications and the management after operation were also discussed.
