摘要
本文用作者自行设计的TBC—Ⅰ型中心视野分析仪对颅脑外伤所致视路损伤患者作了追踪检测。本仪器灰度图中每个小长方格面积相等,代表各区所对应的视路纤维数量相同,可反应视路纤维断面的实际情况。借此可判断视路损伤的部位、损伤的性质是否可逆。总灰度值又可代表视路纤维损伤的总数量。作者指出,文中的“斑驳”状、“中等不完全性颞侧偏盲”和偏盲“残迹”等这种类型的视野缺损,只有用这种敏感度较高的微机视野计才能发现。
The follow up examinations of injuries affecting visual pathway with TBC-Ⅰ computerized central visual field analyser designed by the authors were reported.Every stimulus of the analyser occupies equal oblong area in graytone scale.It means that in every oblong area the numbers of visual nerve fibers are equal. The graytone scale may represent the condition of the cross section of the nerve fibers of the visual pathway. With this method, the location and nature (reversable or not)of the injury of visual pathway can be recognized. The total graytone scale represents the total amount of injuried visual sensory nerve fibers. Some visual field defects, for example ' variegated' , 'moderated incomplete temporal hemianopsia' and ' trace of temporal hemianopsia', can only be detected with this highly sensitive automatic quantitative visual field analyser.
