摘要
本文是在以Fick轴建立的三维空间直角坐标系OXYZ中研究眼内异物定位与切口选择。 根据异物X光片像点P′的X、Y、Z坐标,应用三度定理进行几何图求异物P至眼球中心O的距离,由之判定异物在球内、球壁或球外。 确定异物P在眼内的具体部位和摘出手术的最佳切口Q,对Q与习惯切口q的比较作了详尽的论述。
The setting up of three dimensional space right triangle coordinate system by Fick axis were discussed. By which the geometrical drawing of three dimensional theorem can be used to obtain D value and then the foreign body can be located intraocular,extraocular or at the wall of eyedall. If it is intraocular,draw the longitudinal section with clock meridian T-(T-6) as the axis to localize the intraocular foreign body and chose the best site of incision.
