摘要
分析了常规有杆深井泵在斜井中存在的问题,其中泵阀是最易损坏的部件。提出了一种适用于斜井采油的机械式游动阀的新型结构,论述了这种阀的工作原理,讨论了游动问连杆截面积和阀堵运动距离对泵阀工作的影响,在游动用连杆受力分析的基础上,给出了最小游动阀连杆截面积和最小阀堵运动距离的计算方法。计算实例表明,在泵径一定的条件下,游动阀连杆直径与抽油杆柱长,井斜角关系较大,而与其它量关系很小。
To analyze the prohlems of ordinary rod pump used in slant wells.The pump valves areliable to damage. Anew structure of machine travelling valve for slant well pumping is pro-posed and the work principle of the valve is presented.The area of travlling valve rod andthe motion distance of valve biocking are discussed.On the basis of mechanical analysis forthe travelling valve rOd,the method of calculating minimum area of travelling valve red andminimum motion distance of valve bIocking are presented.Calculations show that,while thediameter of pump ls a constant,the diameter of the travelling valve rod is determined by thelength of sucker rod string and the slant angle of the well.
