摘要
用Instron3211毛细管流变仪研究了聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAC)与聚丙烯(PP)共混体系的熔体流变性能。结果表明,体系表现出切力变稀的性质.且共混粘度小于两种纯组分的粘度。改变共混组成,体系的粘度显示出负偏差的性质。在共混体系中加入第三组分乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),体系粘度变化不大,但增加了PVAC与PP的相容性。
The melt rheologic properties of PVAC/PP blends have been studied by using British Instron 3211 Capillary Rheometer. It is found that viscosity of PVAC/PP blends is less than those of two pure polymers when composition is changed, the blends show Negative-Deviation property. Adding EVA to PVAC/PP blends the compatibility enhances between PVAC and PP.
