摘要
用电化学渗透法研究了拉伸形变对65Mn钢三种组织珠光体、球化珠光体、回火索氏体的氢扩散系数和陷阱参数的影响.结果表明,扩散系数在开始形变时有一陡降,然后基本上随形变量呈直线下降,并在一定形变量(5~6%)后基本上保持不变.测得预充氢和不预充氢形变的陷阱能分别为58~64KJ/mol和30~38KJ/mol.
The effect of deformation on hydrogen permeation and trapping in 65Mn steel was investigated. The trapping energy of deformation ranged from 30 to 38(KJ/mol). The trapping energy of deformation ranged from 58 to 64 (KJ/mol) after charging hydrogen.
