This paper introduces a kind if. velocimeter,which can be used to measure muddy flow velocity in three directions in pipe-lines,and 4as passed the proince appraisal. The instrument is considered as international advanced level in its field. The 3-directions of the measued point are axis direction,tangent direction arid radial direction. The content includes the principle,uses,deaign,features and application of the instrument.
