摘要
本文利用XRD分析了Al2O3-ZrO2及Al2O3陶瓷的表面残余应力.并对其产生的原因和有关的影响因素进行了深入的讨论,结果表明机械研磨后陶瓷表面均存在残余压应力,而且ZrO2的t→m相变比机械研磨对残余应力的贡献大。
This article analyze the surface residual stress of Al2O3-ZrO2 and Al2O3 ceremics by means of XRD,it also go on deeply discuss for the reason and relative effect factors. the result Shows that the ceremics surface all exist residual stress after mechanical grind.and the contribution of t→m phase transmision of ZrO2 to residual stressis bigger than machanical grind's.
