摘要
大溪砾岩为一套厚层块状碳酸盐质砾岩,最大厚度达2000m以上,出露于四川盆地西缘的天全、宝兴、芦山一带,出露面积达100km2以上。经剖面研究和横向追索表明,大溪砾岩的下伏地层为夹关组,横向上与灌口组、名山组呈相变关系。大溪砾岩的电子自旋共振年龄为55~91Ma,指示其时代为晚白垩世一老第三纪。
The Daxi conglomerate is a suite of thick-bedded, massive carbonate-conglomeratewith a maximum thickness of 2000 m. It is exposed in Tianquan, Baoxing and Lushan on thewestern margin of Sichuan Basin. Its area is 100 km2. The Daxi conglomerate overlies the JiaguanFormation and grades basinward into the Guankou Formation and Mingshan Formation in termsof the section and trace along the outcrop. The dating of the Daxi conglomerate by electron spinresonance (ESR)is 55-91 Ma. This indicates its time belongs to Late Cretaceous-Eogene period.
