摘要
观察了临床对早衰面黑具有明显疗效的补肾调肝复方对老龄小鼠血清和皮肤自由基代谢的影响。结果表明，老龄小鼠血清和皮肤ＳＯＤ活性低于青年组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；补肾调肝复方能使老龄小鼠血清和皮肤ＳＯＤ活性升高，使ＭＤＡ下降，为该方在临床上所显示的养颜之功提供了现代科学实验依据。观察结果还表明：中剂量之补肾调肝复方在提高皮肤ＳＯＤ活性方面，其疗效优于传统补肾名方──金匮肾气丸（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The experiment was to observe the effect on the metabolism of skin free radical and blood sera of senile mice. The result indicated that the activity of SOD and blood sera of the senile mice were lower than that of the juvenile mice (P<0. 05).This compound prescription could raise the activity and lower MDA, which gave scientific evidence to support that this compound prescription was effective in treating premature senility. The result also showed that the effect of this prescription was better than that of pill Jinkuishengqi in raising the activity of SOD (P<0.05).
