秦黄硝石胶囊治疗胆石症的临床初步观察──附：53例病例报告

Clinical Observation on 53 Cases of Cholelithiasis Treated by Qin-huang and Xiao-shi Capsule

报告了根据成都市名老中医经验研制的“秦黄硝石胶囊”对胆石症的临床疗效和对胆石症术后患者胆石成分的影响。结果表明该制剂对非手术疗法的胆石症患者，有较好的消除或缓解症状的效果，并有一定的排石作用，其总有效率为８３．３％。对胆石症术后患者胆汁的成核时间、粘蛋白含量及沉淀压积等指标均有明显降低和减少的作用。

The author reports the curative effect of Qin-huang and Xiao-Shi capsule in treating cholelithiasis and its effect on patients received cholelithotomy. To patients without cholelithotomy,the capsule can relieve the syndrome and cure cholithiasis.The capsule also has a lithagogue effect with a total effectual rate of 83. 3% and is helpful to patients just received cholelithotomy.
