摘要
通过对７３１５例胃脘痛患者各证候的出现频率及性别、年龄、职业、病程、嗜好等对证候的影响进行分析，提出了胃脘痛症候的演变具有以气滞证为基础；各证候多在气滞证基础上演变而来，同时其它证候也可因阻滞气机而致气滞症状；病程、嗜好、性别、年龄、职业等影响因素决定着证候演变的趋势等特点，从而为深入认识本病病机，指导临床治疗和预防本病提供了客观依据。
The paper investigated 7 315 cases of epigastric pain, differentiated them into a few syndromes, and studied the influence of factors, such as sex, age, profession, eife style and duration of disease, on the formation of different syndromes. Then it summarized the developing law of epigastric pain syndromes Also it pointed ouf Qi stagnation was pathological basis of development of different syndromes on the one hand, and different syndromes could result in Qi stagnation on the other hand. And the influencing factors played an important role in the developing process.
