摘要
分别用乙醇和1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,对γ-氧(1,1′-联苯基)-4-丁酸(芬布芬)进行重结晶,得到两种无色的球状与针状晶体。根据紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、差示扫描量热测定、粉末X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜摄影等分析结果,证明这两种不同外形的晶体乃是相同的晶型,不同的晶体形态。
We have obtained two different shaped colorless crystals of (1,1'-biphenyl) -4-butanoic acid γ-oxo (Fenbufen) by recrystallization method; when ethyl alcohol and 1, 2-dichloroethane were used as recrystallization solvents, the spherulite and needlc crystals were seperately formed. The measurements of UV.VS-spectrum. IR-spectrum, DSC, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope show that they have the same crystal modification and different crystalline morphology. These phenomena were explained as following: Fenbufen is a dipole molecule; the isotropic crystal growth in dipolar solvent-ethyl alcohol-made spherulite morphology, inversely the anisotropic crystal growth in weak-polar solvent-1, 2-dichlorocthane-produced needle morphology.
