25例结核性腹膜炎误诊原因分析

ANALYSIS OF MISDIAGNOSIS CAUSES IN 25 cases OF TUBERCULOUS PERITONITIS

本文分析了结核性腹膜炎误诊原因，认为综合医院的内科医生对现代结核性腹膜炎知识生疏，多不了解结核性腹膜炎的早期可疑症状，忽略了简便易行的腹部查体、腹部试穿及Ｂ超检查。因此，提高基层医院医师的诊断水平，注意综合细致地分析病人的症状、体征和化验结果是必要的。

The misdiagnosis causes were analyzed in 25 patients with tuberculousperitonitis.The authors found that the physicans working in a general hospital were notquite farmiliar with the modern knowledge ot the early tuberculous peritonitis,most ofthem did not know the early suspicious symptoms of the disease,therefore they ignoredthe simple and convenient abdominal examination,experimental abdominocentesis andB-ultrasonic scanning.The results reveal that it is vital for the physicans serving in thelocal general hospital to raise the level of making correct diagnosis and the ability foranalyzing symptoms, physical signs and the reaults of the laboratory examination.
