摘要
应用透射电镜和扫描电镜结合树脂包埋组织割断技术,对正常豚鼠内耳壶腹嵴微血管形态结构进行联合观察,结果表明:壶腹嵴内部邻近感觉神经上皮层的结缔组织中微血管分布较为密集,其毛细血管为无窗型血管内皮细胞,内皮细胞之间为紧密连接。这些组织学特征构成了豚鼠壶腹峭血—迷路屏障重要的形态学基础。
The morphologyes of the microvasculatures of the crista ampullaris inguinea pigs
were observed with transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanningelectron microscopy
(SEM)comoined with styrene embedding cracking technique.Theresults showed that there were
dense capillaries in the connective tissues near thesense epithelium in the crista
ampullaris;the endothelial cells of the capillaries were theno-window type and tightly connected
with one another.All these tissue characteristicsof the microvasculature above may form the
important morphological basis of the blood labyrinth barrier in the crista ampullaris.
