摘要
本文从运动生物化学的角度,分析了短跑速度和速度耐力的无氧代谢的能源物质和供能过程,并根据能量供应的原理,提出了发展速度和速度耐力的训练方法及其评定措施;同时,针对少年短跑运动员的生理和心理特点、技术和素质基础,阐述了在速度和速度耐力训练中必须注意的问题。
This disssertation presents an analysis, from the perspective of kinetic biochemistry, of the energy spent in metabolism in the absence of oxygen to gain the speed of dash and the endurance of velocity, and of the process of energy supply. It proposes some training technigues to promote the growth of speed and the endurance of velocity as well as methods of evaluating these. In addition, the paper also elaborates on some questions concerning the training of speed and stamina with special reference to the physiological and psychological properties, the skills and personal gnalities of juvenile sprinters.
