摘要
通过正交试验,发现在用无水醋酸钠热解脱螗制取甲烷时,增加碱石灰中氢氧化钠含量、减少氧化钙的含量,可以提高甲烷的纯度和产率。无水醋酸钠、氢氧化钠和氧化钙的最佳质量比为3:(5~6):1,所得甲烷的纯度和产气速度可以满足教学实验的要求。不纯甲烷经浓硫酸洗气后,可以排除副产物对甲烷性质试验的干扰。
By orthogonal test, it is found that the best ratio of sodium acetate, sodium hydroxide and calcium oxide for making methane is 3: (5~6): 1. The reaction rate and purity of methane are high enough for demonstration test. The imprity in methane such as ethylene and acetone can be washed out by concentrated sulphuric acid.
