摘要
本文论述了在生产实践中颇为有用的油－水－油的淬火冷却方法，并列举出几个生产实例，原先在采用水冷淬火或水淬油冷时，这些工件容易产生裂纹，改用油－水－油冷却后，很好地解决了这个问题。接着，对油－水－油冷却过程进行了分析，最后提出了油－水－油的操作要点。指出，出入油要快，出入水要准的要点。
In this paper we introduce a heat treatment method called oil-water-oil quenching which is quite applicable in practice.Some practical examples are also given.Formerly some workpieces will gene ate cracks after they are quenched in water or water and oil. While using oilwater-oil quenching can successfully avoid the cracks.The process of oil-water-oil quenching has been analyzed in this paper.Finally the essential points of the oilwater-oil quenching are given which is 'putting into and taking out of oil fast and putting into and taking out of water precisely'.
