摘要
本文根据声电匹配原理及聚焦声透镜技术,使1.15 MHz空气超声传感器灵敏度提高了8倍,横向分辨力达到了0.5 mm.设计了单片机信号采集、处理、控制软硬件系统,首次实现扫描式、固定式超声传感焊缝二次自动跟踪.跟踪精度达到了0.5mm.
This paper describes the development of nontactile ultrasonic sensors withhigh sensitivity and resolution based on the principle of acoustic-electric matching andthe technique of focusing acoustic lenses. In conjunction with the sensor also designedwas a chip-computer system with signal sampling, processing and controlling function.2-dimensional seam tracking was realized for the first time by means of two types of ul-trasonic sensing testing methods:single scan, double fix.
