摘要
结合对元件工作性能的测试,对催化元件所用催化剂及其制作工艺条件进行了研究.结果表明,经900℃焙烧的载体,酸性处理后浸渍附载Pd金属,用铂丝作为热敏材料,可以得到良好的催化元件.元件所用催化剂比表面积控制在50m^2/gAl_2O_3较适宜.
Combined with the measurement of the working property of a methane sen-sor, we investigated the catalyst used in the sensor and its technological conditions inpreparation. The results show that a good catalytic sensor can be obtained by using pureplatinum wire as heat-sensitive material, Pd/Al2O3 as catalyst which was prepared byimpregnating palladium on alumina having been subjected to heat treatment at 900℃and acid treatment. The proper specific surface area of the catalyst used in the sensor isabout 50 m2/g(Al2O3).
