介绍一种新型的二线制温湿度复合传感器的结构和工作原理.该传感器将温湿度敏感元件和处理电路采用仿厚膜电路工艺做成固体化结构,采用二线制多通道调制技术,其输出频率信号能远距离传送温、湿度两种参数.同时还介绍了由单片机技术制成的,具有智能软校准、软补偿和软线性化的二次仪表电路原理和程序框图.

This paper introduces a new kind of bi-wire temperature & humidity com-pound sensor's structure and principle. It has the firm structure of thick mask circuitwhich consists of temperature & humidity sensor and processing circuit. The sensor usesbi-wire muliti-channel modulation technology, and its output frequency singal of tem-perature & humidity parameters can be transfered long distantly.This paper also introduces the measurement instrument's circuit priciple and pro-gram diagram of intelligent soft correction, soft compensation and soft linearization byusing singal chip micro computer.
