摘要
报道以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物为载体膜材料,研制成非酶标记的T4免疫传感器,并对载体膜材料的共聚方法及共聚物共聚比与传感器灵敏度的关系进行了探讨。
Abctract A thyroid (T4) immunosensor is developed based on a HEMA and MMAcopolymer membrane matrix. In this paper, investigation is made on copolymerizationmethod and relationship between copolymerization ratio. It is proved that this proposedsensor sensitivity is relatively higher than other similar sensor. The response is linearfor T4 concentrations of 0~20 ng/mL, with a limit of detection of 0. 4 ng/mL, the cor-relation cofficient is 0. 9986. The feasibility of detecting T4 in human serum is demon-strated.
