镉、锡复合氧化物及掺银薄膜的气敏光透射特性 被引量:6

The Gas Sensitive Transimissivity Property of the CdO-SnO_2 Composited-oxide and Ag Doped Thin Film

摘要 CdO-SnO2复合氧化物是对乙醇气体选择性较好的敏感材料[1],但灵敏度比纯SnO2低。对镉、锡复合氧化物掺微量银后,灵敏度明显提高。掺银薄膜的气敏光透射特性好,可检测乙醇饱和气体的浓度高且重复性好。 The CdO-SnO2 composited-oxide is a kind of selective sensitivity material to C2H5OH, but the sensitivity is lower than that of the pure SnO2 material. It's sensitivity is obviously improved with vittle Ag doped. The gas sensitive transimissivity property of the Ag doped film is good enough to measure the high consistency of saturant C2H5OH gas, the measurement can be well repeated.
