摘要
介绍了一种碳分散系高分子电阻型湿度敏感元件的材料与性质的关系,着重从感湿材料、碳粉性质、表面处理等角度阐述影响该种元件性质的一些重要因素,从而为制作出开关特性好、响应快、抗污染、精度高、体积小的结露型湿度传感器提供了丰富的实验基础。
The paper describes the relation between the material and the quality of resistence type humidity sensor based on polymer and carbon powder, especially several important elements just like humidity sensitive material,the property of carbon powder, surface handling and so on. As a result, all these lay the abundant experimental foundations for making the dew-point humidity sensor. This kind of sensor has many characteristics,such as, good switching property, fast response, anti-pollution, high precision and small size.
