摘要
1989年3月EXXONVALDEZ号触礁泄漏3.6万吨原油的事件引起了国际舆论的重视。1993年3月国际海事组织IMO修改了原海洋污染防止条例,并强制性地要求大型油船必须采取双壳结构。文中介绍了防污染条例修改过程,满足防污染条例的VLCC结构各种形式及中间甲板结构形式与双壳结构的比较,提出了今后若干年代中可能会考虑的大型油轮结构形式及结构设计动向。
Since the EXXON VALDEZ ran on the rocks and gave rise to a crude oil leak of 36, 000 tonnes,in March 1989. International public opinion has attached great importance to this accident. ln March 1993,the International Marine Organization (IMO) amended the 'International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from ships (MARPOL 73/78)',and thereafter the double hull structures are enforced in the VLCC construction. The amend ment process of the convention,the various stuctural types of VLCC to meet the convention are introduced. The current trends and the associated problems such as maintenance,monitoring,corrosion,sloshing and fatigue are dis cussed. The mid-deck structure and the double hull structure are compared. The VLCC structures that may be con sidered in future and the structural design trends are forecasted
