Estimation and Prediction of Effectiveness of Fishing Vessels

本文根据渔船有效性的定义，用仿真方法实现渔船有效性的估算与预测，从而对寿命期内渔船每年出渔天数提出较为近于实际的数据估计，使渔船经济性计算更贴近实际状态。本文以近海渔船为例，编制了有效性仿真计算的电算程序。

Based on the definition of the effectiveness of fishing vessels, the annual fishing days in the life span of fishing vessels may be predicted by means of simulation technique, so that the economic estimation for certain fishing vessels may be closer to the real condition
