he syntheses of Ti-ZSM-5 type molecular sieves by gas-solid isomorphous replacement and the influence factors, such as the ZSM-5 precursors synthesized with different templates, the particle size and SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of the precursor, the isomorphous substitution temperature and time, and the flow rate of nitrogen, on the incorporation of Ti into framework have been studied. The results show that the preparation condition and precursor have influence on the incorporation of Ti into framework, particularly, the substitution reaction time and temperature, the preparation method, the SiO2/Al2O3 ratio, crystallinity and crystal size of precursor are the important factors concerned.
