摘要
本实验通过杂交瘤细胞和污染细菌对不同抗菌药物的耐受性和敏感性及对瘤细胞特异性抗体的检测等试验，筛选出氟哌酸和头孢唑淋钠两种对细胞毒性小、抗菌谱广、不影响杂交瘤细胞分泌特异性抗体、且可以根除对常规双抗有耐受性的细胞污染细菌，从而模索出消除细胞培养中细菌污染的可行方法。
Two antibiotics(Norfloxacin and Cefazolin)were selected to control contaminated bacteriaresistant to Penicillin and streptomycin,by testing the tolerance of hybridoma cells and sesitivity ofcontaminated bacteria to a variety of antibiotics. The specificity of McAb secreted by hybridoma cellswas also observed.The resultS showed that Nornoxacin and cefazolin had lower cytotoxicity tohybridoma cells and high effect on bacteria.They might be useful in controlling contamination ofhybridoma cells and other cell cultures.
